1. Scope and Purpose

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the DEsiBeezz platform, website, and any related digital services (collectively, the “Platform”).

DEsiBeezz operates solely as a technical and organizational intermediary enabling users to identify, contact, and communicate with independent third-party service providers. DEsiBeezz does not itself provide professional, legal, financial, immigration, real estate, or other advisory or execution services.

2. Definitions

• User means any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
• Service Provider means an independent professional or company offering services via the Platform.
• Services means services offered exclusively by Service Providers and not by DEsiBeezz.
• Content means all text, images, audio, video, data, listings, and other materials made available on the Platform.

3. Platform Role and Disclaimer of Services

DEsiBeezz does not:

• Provide advice, recommendations, or guarantees of any kind
• Verify, endorse, supervise, or control Service Providers or their services
• Act as agent, broker, partner, employer, or representative of Service Providers

Any agreement, engagement, or transaction between a User and a Service Provider is concluded solely between those parties.

4. No Responsibility for Outcomes

DEsiBeezz assumes no responsibility or liability for:

• The quality, legality, suitability, or outcome of services
• Decisions made by Users based on information obtained through the Platform
• Financial loss, rejected applications, missed deadlines, or failed outcomes
• Advice, representations, or conduct of Service Providers

5. Payments and Financial Transactions

DEsiBeezz does not process, collect, or handle payments for services offered by Service Providers.

Payments are made directly between Users and Service Providers or via third-party payment platforms selected by them. Payment-related terms, refunds, or disputes are governed exclusively by the Service Provider or the applicable payment platform. Separate terms may apply to future ticketing or reservation services.

6. User Accounts and Platform Access

DEsiBeezz may, at its sole discretion:

• Create, modify, restrict, suspend, or terminate user accounts
• Remove or modify content, listings, or features
• Change platform functionality or availability

Such actions may be taken with or without prior notice, where legally permissible.

7. User Obligations

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and lawful information
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Refrain from misuse, scraping, reverse engineering, or circumvention
• Not bypass the Platform to avoid fees or commissions
• Indemnify and hold harmless DEsiBeezz from claims arising from their actions

8. Service Provider Responsibility

Service Providers are solely responsible for:

• The services they offer and perform
• Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, licensing, and tax obligations
• Their contractual relationship with Users
• Data protection and confidentiality obligations

Service Providers shall indemnify DEsiBeezz against claims arising from their services or conduct.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform and Content belong to DEsiBeezz or its licensors.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access the Platform for its intended purpose.

User-generated content may be used by DEsiBeezz for platform operation, marketing, and promotional purposes.

10. Ticketing and Future Services

DEsiBeezz may introduce ticket booking or reservation features.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• DEsiBeezz is not the organizer, seller, or carrier
• Tickets are subject to third-party terms
• Availability, pricing, and refunds are determined by the respective provider

11. Age Requirement

The Platform is intended for users aged 18 years or older. If minors access the Platform, parents or legal guardians assume full responsibility for such use.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DEsiBeezz shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profit, data, or opportunity
• Actions or omissions of Service Providers or third parties

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law.

13. Modifications and Termination

DEsiBeezz reserves the right to:

• Modify these Terms at any time
• Discontinue or shut down the Platform or any feature

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which DEsiBeezz is registered. Where legally permissible, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts at DEsiBeezz’s registered seat.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
